Exchanges and Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you wish to return a product, you have up to 14 calendar days after receiving it to exercise your right of withdrawal, with no need for justification.
Returns will only be accepted if the product is unused, sealed, and in perfect condition, including all accessories and any gifts received.
For hygiene reasons, opened sex toys, lingerie, and intimate cosmetics cannot be returned.
Once the returned product is received, the refund will be processed within 5 business days, using the same payment method that was originally used.
Defective products will be replaced or refunded according to our warranty policy.

If products are returned without prior communication, outside the allowed period, missing items, or without the label or invoice, they will be sent back to the customer.

Attention: PrazerEmTi is not responsible for postage costs for returns followed by refunds, chargebacks, or exchanges for other products. These costs are the customer’s responsibility.
