These Terms of Service regulate the use of the Pleasure in You online store and purchases made through the website.
By accessing the store or placing an order, the customer accepts these terms.
Majority
Pleasure in You sells products aimed exclusively at adults.
By using this store and making a purchase, the customer declares that they are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to purchase this type of product.
We reserve the right to cancel orders when there is evidence of misuse, fraud or non-compliance with these terms.
Products
We do our best to present product descriptions, images, prices, features and availability accurately.
Even so, typographical, technical, stock, price or description errors may occur. If an error is detected in an order, we will contact the customer to correct the situation, propose an alternative or cancel the order with a refund, when applicable.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may show slight differences in color, packaging or presentation, depending on the manufacturer, batch or device used by the customer.
Pricing
The prices shown in the store are in euros.
Unless otherwise stated, prices include VAT at the applicable legal rate.
Shipping costs, when applicable, are displayed before placing the order.
We reserve the right to change prices, campaigns, discounts and availability without prior notice, without affecting orders already confirmed, unless there is an obvious error.
Orders
After placing an order, the customer will receive a confirmation by email.
Order confirmation does not mean definitive acceptance in situations of obvious price error, stock out, suspected fraud, incorrect data or impossibility of delivery.
If we are unable to process the order, we will contact the customer.
Payments

The order will only be processed after payment confirmation, unless otherwise specified.
Submissions
Shipments are made discreetly, without explicit identification of the contents of the order on the outer packaging.

Pleasure in You is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, absence of the recipient, customs retention, strikes, weather conditions, carrier failures or other external factors beyond our control.
Incorrect or incomplete address
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct address.
If the order is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete address, missing recipient or non-collection, it may be necessary to pay new shipping costs for re-shipment.
Returns and refunds
The return, exchange, guarantee and refund conditions are described in our Return and Refund Policy.
For health and hygiene reasons, certain sealed intimate products cannot be returned once opened.
Warranty
The products benefit from the legal guarantee applicable to consumer goods.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from incorrect use, poor handling, lack of maintenance, use contrary to the manufacturer's instructions, normal wear and tear or changes made by the customer.
Promotional codes and campaigns
Promotional codes are only valid for the period indicated and subject to the conditions communicated.
Unless expressly indicated, codes cannot be combined with other campaigns, discounts or offers.
Pleasure in You may cancel or change campaigns in the event of technical error, abusive use, fraud or stock-out.
Store contents
All texts, images, visual elements, logos, structure, design and content of the store belong to Pleasure in You or are used with the authorization of the respective owners.
It is not permitted to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or use the store's contents for commercial purposes without prior authorization.
Prohibited use of the store
The customer undertakes not to use the store to:
- illegal purposes;
- attempted fraud;
- unauthorized access;
- sending abusive content;
- violation of third party rights;
- interference in the technical functioning of the store;
- purchases made by minors under 18 years of age.
Limitation of liability
Pleasure in You is not responsible for damages resulting from incorrect use of products, use contrary to the manufacturer's instructions or decisions made by the customer based on generic information available in the store.

We may update these Terms of Service whenever necessary. The current version will always be the one published in the store.

These terms are governed by Portuguese law, without prejudice to applicable mandatory consumer rights.
