Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday). Orders confirmed on Saturday until 11 am may be processed on the same day, depending on carrier availability. There are no shipments on Sundays or national holidays.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on the total weight, volume, and destination of the order.
3. Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on carrier and destination:
Mainland Portugal: 24–72 business hours
Spain (Peninsula): 24–72 business hours
Madeira and Azores: 3–7 business days

7. Returned Orders
If the address is incorrect or incomplete and the order is returned to the warehouse, the customer will have to pay for new shipping.
